Samuel Onoja	0709484efb	Overhaul resize presentation and wallpaper rendering ... Coordinate native-pixel resize handoffs, fractional geometry and shared animation timing. Delegate wallpaper rendering to the compositor, advertise DMA-BUF device feedback, and improve callback pacing and render metrics.
